Detailed lawn trimming and clean up during the spring, summer and fall.
Snow Removal (Included in the Rent)
No need to clean the sidewalks after a snow fall. We will clean off the sidewalks within 24 hours for you weather and travel conditions permitting.
Trash Service & Recycling (Included in the Rent)
Trash and recycling pickup are included in your monthly rent, so you don’t have to arrange or pay for these services separately.
Bethlehem Coop Market (Community Owned Grocery Store)
Opening soon is a community owned, full service grocery store at 250 E Broad St, Bethlehem. The store will offer a wide range of food products for all members of the community to purchase at reasonable prices, including nutritious food and other locally grown farm sourced products. The Coop will also work to give back to the community through educational, ecological, and social initiatives.

What do I need to do to get a showing date and time?
Just add your name, email, phone number, and answer the questions on the Waitlist Form. After we verify your info, we’ll send you a calendar link to schedule a showing.
Is this process safe?
Yes, it protects you from fraud, ensures secure communication, and guarantees you’re speaking with the verified property manager or owner.
Can I bring my pet. Are there any exception?
No pets, new rugs have be installed into the bedrooms, halls, stairs, living room and dining room. No exceptions.
Can I provide pet sitting, or pet hosting ?
No.
